Hazir & Co, was established in Pre-Partition India in 1921 as Catering and Building Contractors. Over the years it developed and expanded, and by the forties had got contracts throughout Northern India. Seeing the political developments in the sub-continent, the need was felt for establishing a base in Karachi.

Hazir (Pvt) Ltd was established in 1946 at Karachi to operate as a trading house in various commodities. With Pakistan coming into existence in 1947, all activities of Hazir were shifted to Karachi.

Hazirman Inc. was established in New York (the business hub of US) in 1999. The idea was to promote placement of IT Professionals on the one side and start software development work on the other.

Hazirman continues to place and staff Consultants for Software Development and at the same time inputs for Software development work is being fed from Hazirs own databank of Professionals or its various South Asian partners.

The Trading Division meantime continues to work on its own with items like Garments, Leather ware and Giftware articles. Marketing from its web site of Hazirman.com is a thing, which is being developed.

Hazirman Information Technologies (U.K.) Ltd (HITS) started its operation from the turn of the 21st Century in London.

HIT'S (U.K.) Ltd is operating basically as a Software Development house, however, Consultancy work for Staffing and Placement continues as part of the business. Local software work is being done with inputs, when needed; being outsourced through Hazir’s Data bank of Professionals or other South Asian Partners.
