| In the early seventies with the boom in
the Middle East, along with trading, it was felt that requirement of
personnel by some of the trading partners, was the need of the hour.
Therefore, in 1975, a Manpower Division was established to fulfill this
requirement in the Middle East. Over the passage of time, thousands and
thousands of Professionals, semi skilled and unskilled workers have been
sent to the Middle East in Construction, Engineering, Agricultural,
Medical and other fields. At all times Professionals are available in :- 1) Computers 2) Marketing 3) Medical 4) Engineering 5) Agricultural With the dawn of the nineties, requirement from countries like South Korea, Malaysia also started coming in, while a shift in requirement of more professionals in the Middle East came about. Over the last eight or nine years, main focus of Hazir Pvt. Ltd has been on professionals. Considering the technology advancement in Computers, special emphasis was made on Information Technology professionals. In 1997 a Data Bank of IT Professionals was created, and at a given time over 600-650 Computer Professionals maybe found in the Data bank in various skills. At present Data Bank would contain Information Technology Professionals in areas of:- 1) Client / Server 2) Mainframe (Y2K) 3) Network 4) Intranet Development 5) Telecommunication 6) Internet Development In 1999 Hazir Pvt Ltd. extended its operation and is presently in the process of adding more Professionals from SRI LANKA, BANGLA DESH, INDONESIA & Peoples Republic of CHINA. The emphasis will continue on Computer Professionals, and as Candidates and Clients will find, maximum coverage is given to insure maximum exposure, along with open system of communication for interaction between Client and Professionals.
